Prior to activation of shipboard terminal(s) by PSA3306, a ship owner must appoint an Accounting Authority (RS06) and agree to its Terms and Conditions.

The owner has to submit the online Inmarsat Service Activation Form (SARF) and agree to the Inmarsat’s Terms and Conditions.

Before actual activation by PSA3306, the owner has to ensure that the terminal(s) have been deactivated by the former PSA (that originally activated the terminals).

Upon successful activation of terminal(s) by PSA3306 through the Inmarsat ESAS, the owner will be notified accordingly. Thereafter, all radio communication charges incurred through the shipboard terminals(s) will be managed by RS06.
